Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Flor Hermosa Boutique! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • All returns are refunded as store credit via a Flor Hermosa Boutique gift card.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and include proof of purchase.

  • To start a return, you must provide your order number and a list of the items you wish to return.

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Inspired trends/ Luxury items (jewelry, handbags, wallets, sunglasses, hoodies, T-shirts, sweatshirts ETC... )

  • Accessories

  • Beauty products

  • Sale items

  • Swimwear & lingerie

  • Gift cards

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item:

  1. Return your original item as outlined above.

  2. Use your gift card/store credit to purchase any available item on our website.
